Purpose of the personal data processing:

The purpose of the data processing will be to manage the request made through the web, either through the contact form or any other type of online form, or through an email request. Such request may be, without limitation, the management of a request, the reply to a request for commercial information, the job application or, where appropriate, the registration in company newsletters, as well as any other interaction between the PWACS web user who tends to satisfy the user's needs. Specifically, in the case of personnel selection, we process the personal data you provide us with in order to manage your curricular data for your participation in the selection processes that are open, and to which you have applied, for whose participation, where appropriate, there will be to provide specially protected data such as a disability certificate, given our status as a special employment center in the Community of Madrid. All the requested data is necessary to attend the request.

The legal basis for the processing of your data, in cases of personal selection, including disability certificate’s given our condition as a special employment center of the Community of Madrid, is the express consent of the interested party, as well as the legitimate interest that is emerges from your own initiative when sending your CV.

Communication or transfer of data and international data transfer:

Your personal data may be communicated to those public administrations with competence in the matter and if there is a legal obligation to do so.
